Sharon , CT 1950's-1960's M any thanks to Jon Regan , who discovered a postcard of this ski area. Jon posted the card on Snowjournal.com, where other readers had not heard of it. Betsy McDonough then contacted the Sharon, CT Historical Society , asking them if they knew of the area. Liz Shapiro, the director, responded by saying that the area operated in the early 1960's, and was located on Rte 4 across from West Woods Road. (Right - the postcard that Jon found).
