Sunset Hill

Meriden, New Hampshire · opened 1949lost

Thanks to Phil Cooke, we now know of this lost area in Meriden that was operated by the Kimball Union Academy. Here are his details: "Around 1949, another KUA ski tow was installed on Sunset Hill not far from the Potato Patch . You can see the return rope clearly in the background at the level of my open mouth. In the upper right of the picture you can make out one of the poles carrying the return tow rope.
